1. Harshnath Temple

Located at a distance of 11 kilometers away from the central Sikar city in Rajasthan's Sikar district, the Harshnath Temple stands as an ancient religious site devoted to the Hindu deity Lord Shiva. Historical records indicate that the original temple traces its roots back to 973 CE, credited to Bhavarakta during the rule of Chahamana king Vigraharaja.

The site was then demolished by the Mughal ruler ‘Aurangzeb’ in 1679. After a few years in 1718, a new temple was erected by Rao Shivsingh at the same spot using the ruins of the old temple. And since then the site has been a prominent pilgrimage and among tourist attractions in Sikar.

2. Khatu Shyamji Temple
